Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority here at Sapphire Design!
We want you to absolutely love your purchase but we do understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan when it comes to online shopping. Our promise to you is that the products you buy from our store are of the highest quality! Quality control is very important to us! So you can trust that the items we are sending you are the items described which you have ordered.

In the case of a faulty item, Sapphire Design will offer you a replacement where proof is provided, and at our discretion. You will need to contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item. If we deem your item as used and it is not in original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

All replacement’s must be authorised by a Sapphire Design representative before further action can be taken. Please ensure you include your order number as a reference in your message.

Unfortunately due to the custom/personalised nature of our products, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted. For all other replacement, return or refund requests, these will be handled and assessed by us accordingly. If you would like to claim a refund that is approved by us you must return the product back to us in its original condition – the customer must pay return shipping. All returns must be made within 3 business days from the date the order is either collected by you or marked as delivered. Returns, Exchanges or refunds are not accepted outside these 3 business days. If your order is returned to us not in its original condition your request will be denied and your item will be returned to you at your cost.

  • items damaged by the customer are not replaceable/ will not be offered a refund so please open your order with care.
  • Any orders Placed with afterpay void any kind of refunds, we do not offer refunds on any orders processed via afterpay. A store credit may be applicable at our disgression.

All Cancellations must be requested by the 3rd business day after placing your order, provided we have not already commenced working on your order. For any cancellations that have already started processing and we have sent you a mock up you forfeit a 50% restocking fee of the product cost. If your order has been completed in full the total cost of your order is forfeited.

Please note all sale items are final sale – unfortunately we cannot return or exchange these items.


Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotions including, but not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways.
These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence. Vouchers won as part of promotional competitions are not valid with any other offer, and are applicable to purchase prices only (excluding shipping costs).
