A proof will be sent for your approval within 3-5 working days, once approved we hold no responsibility for any errors. So PLEASE ensure you look over your proof carefully, delays in approval will add a delay to our processing time so please order once you have all details, we allow 2 mock up changes per order, additional fees may apply for additional mock ups. Colours may vary slightly from screen to finished product.
Due to the handmade process of this product, slight imperfections may be present. There may be imperfections on foiled areas which is unavoidable due to the hand foiled process. It is possible for there to be some black visible where the foil has not adhered well. All care is taken to minimise any imperfections however, if any they should not be confused as a faulty product.
Due to the natural wax finish of these candles it is possible for there to be surface imperfections which can include but is not limited to; small bumps and dents, tiny bubbles, chips in small areas, etc. This is unavoidable due to the fragile nature of wax pillars. For printed candles we take all care to seal in the design but of course we are printing directly onto wax so if you scratch off the wax you can also scratch off the print. Please transport your candle carefully to avoid it coming into contact with anything sharp that may damage the candle/print. All care is taken to minimise any imperfections however, if any they should not be confused as a faulty product.
Turn around time is 2+ weeks to dispatch but please also check our announcement bar at the top of website for current processing as it may differ pending our work load (Rush services available to add on if your in a hurry - please enquire first to ensure our work load allows a rushed order) shipping time is added on top of turn around time so if you need to speed up transit time please select express at checkout!
- NOTE: we aim to dispatch as soon as possible but occassionally we work in order of priority not chronologically, however we aim to have your order delivered at least the week before your event.
